How much are services? Do you accept my insurance?
CYN Counseling Center seeks to provide quality, affordable mental health care for everyone. We accept all major insurance, including
Medicare, and sliding scale fees or free services may be available to those who qualify. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
What languages do you offer services in?
CYN Counseling Center offers support and programming in English and Spanish. For support in another language, please call 847-548-6000 to discuss translator options.
Where are you located? Can I get support in my area?
CYN Counseling Center is located about half a mile East of Rte 45 in Grayslake, IL next to Blue Moon Gallery. Our address is 18640 W Rte 120 in Grayslake, IL 60030; however, on occasion, some GPS systems will only recognize our address as being in Gages Lake. If you need help finding us, call 847-548-6000.

MAKE A PAYMENT FOR AN EXISTING CLIENT
For your convenience, CYN Counseling Center accepts all major credit cards. Please note, there is a 3% processing fee when making a payment online. Payments can also be made in the office or over the phone by calling 847-548-6000 during regular business hours.
