Erika is thrilled to join the CYN team as an intern. Currently pursuing her master’s degree at UIC, she is focused on deepening her understanding of the mental health field as she works toward becoming a therapist. With over a decade of experience as a case manager and behavior support specialist, Erika brings a strong foundation in client support.
A listener at heart, she leads with empathy and aims to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and respected.
