I moved from Connecticut to Illinois at a young age and have lived in Lake County since. I’m of Peruvian-Dominican descent and speak both English and Spanish fluently. I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) in 2023 with a bachelor’s in social work and currently work at a residential facility for children and adolescents with mood and eating disorders. I’m now pursuing a master’s in social work in mental health at UIC. My professional journey has taught me to be compassionate, unbiased, and a strong advocate for my clients.
